7-Day Size Exchange

​

Alexander offers a 7-day voluntary size exchange period for eligible standard products.

​

You may request one size exchange per jacket within 7 days of delivery.

​

The exchange must be for:

• The same product

• The same colour

• A different size

​

A jacket may be tried on for sizing. Original tags do not need to remain attached, but the jacket must be returned in its original packaging.

 

Returns

​

Alexander does not offer voluntary returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases outside any rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.

​

If you simply change your mind, select a different product, or no longer wish to keep your purchase, the order is not eligible for a voluntary return or refund under Alexander's commercial policy.

​

This policy does not affect any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that apply to your order under applicable law.

Exchange Shipping

​

The customer is responsible for all shipping and cargo costs associated with an exchange, including:

​

• Returning the original jacket

• Shipping the replacement jacket

• Applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or similar government charges relating to the replacement shipment, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Different Products or Colours

​

Changing to a different model, colour or product is not treated as a size exchange. Such requests are handled according to the applicable cancellation, return or statutory consumer-rights provisions.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

​

If your jacket is defective, damaged before or during delivery, materially different from what you ordered, or does not correspond to its description, please contact us at brand@alexander.shop with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or video.

​

Alexander photographs and records each jacket before dispatch to document its pre-shipment condition.

​

Your Statutory Rights

​

Our voluntary 7-day exchange policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order under applicable law.
