How are Alexander jackets produced?
Most of our jackets are produced to order. Standard production generally takes up to 1 week.
Are all products available immediately?
Availability varies by product. Product pages indicate relevant availability and production information where applicable.
Can I request a custom size?
Special sizing and made-to-measure requests may be available for selected products. Contact us before ordering so we can assess your request.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has begun, cancellation of made-to-order or specially requested products
may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

How do I choose my size?
See our Size Guide and compare the garment measurements with your own measurements. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Can I exchange my size?
Alexander offers one voluntary size exchange per eligible jacket within 7 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for full conditions.
SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Türkiye generally takes approximately 1 week. International delivery generally takes approximately 1–3 weeks after production.
Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, these are the customer's responsibility.
EXCHANGES
Can I exchange for another colour or model?
The voluntary size-exchange policy applies only to the same product and colour in a different size. Other changes are handled under the applicable return or cancellation provisions.
Who pays exchange shipping?
The customer is responsible for shipping and cargo costs associated with an eligible exchange, including the return and replacement shipment, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Product pages specify the materials used for each product. Because our collection includes different materials, always refer to the individual product description.

What is Tetra?
Tetra is Alexander's rewards currency. You can earn Tetra through qualifying activities and use it toward available rewards.
